Manuela (Mani) Giron

Manuela is a lifelong Montgomery County resident with deep roots and knowledge of the area. She is a graduate of one of our local high schools (Walter Johnson in Bethesda, MD), attended college in our area and has lived and worked throughout the region getting to know our community. She is an avid ‘foodie’ who enjoys cooking and trying out new restaurants. She loves to be outdoors, especially near the water! She likes to go hiking, traveling, reading and yoga. Mani (as her friends call her) has always enjoyed spending time with family and friends experiencing life in our area.

Her career in real estate started a number of years ago while working for The Duffie Companies, a multifaceted company involved in residential and commercial real estate development, asset management, property management and custom yacht construction. The Duffie organization reinforced in Manuela the value of trust and honesty not just in business but also in all aspects of life. These have been her pillars upon which she has formed many lasting relationships with clients and other members of the public and the industry.

As a licensed real estate agent in Maryland, she was excited to join the SpotLight Realty residential real estate brokerage firm and continue to expand her expertise and knowledge of residential real estate under the tutelage her experienced broker, Steven Weiler. Being constantly updated on the changes in the marketplace, innovative marketing techniques and new financing options for buyers allows her to be confident that she can provide cutting edge service for her clients. Mani also brings an additional skill to the table - she is fluent in both English and Spanish! 

A proud daughter to first generation immigrant parents she grew up watching and learning from their vigorous work ethic and perseverance towards achieving their goals. Today she stands firm in her fundamental belief that everyone in America deserves a fair chance to create and achieve any dream but especially that of homeownership. Her honest and direct straightforwardness, attention to detail, dedication to the task at hand combined with her always pleasant manner makes Mani a pleasure to work with.
