Nestor Shea Foley is a life-long resident of Montgomery County, Maryland. He attended Landon School in Bethesda and stayed locally while completing college at George Washington University. Through his many years of experience Shea has gained a broad range of knowledge in all aspects of real estate transactions in our area.
He has worked in real estate industry in our area for over 40 years. He is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has brokered numerous commercial sales and leases, engaged in land purchases and development for residential new home construction projects as well as residential resales for individual homeowners like yourself. His broad experience has been helpful in understanding and dealing with a wide array of real estate situations.
Along the way, he also obtained a Series 7 Securities License (a demonstration of his knowledge of various financial and investment-related topics) and worked with First Southern Mortgage Company in Rockville, Maryland assiting home buyers in obtaining mortgage financing for their home purchases. His understanding of financing options is very helpful in today's market.
Shea worked for several years at a Long & Foster Real Estate office in Montgomery County and his current affiliation with SpotLight Realty reunites him with colleagues that he enjoyed working with there.
