Steven Weiler

Steve Weiler is a graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, MD as well as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).  Additionally, he has obtained the CRS designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the Realtors National Marketing Institute and numerous other real estate specific designations. He holds a broker’s license in Maryland and in Washington, DC. and currently serves as the broker of record for SpotLight Realty.

With decades of experience in real estate sales he has been repeatedly recognized as a “Top Producer” in listings and sales. He has received numerous “Outstanding Sales Agent” awards and was also inducted into the Greater Capital Association of Realtors Outstanding Sales Award Club as a Lifetime Member.  Steve’s “total marketing” approach has enabled him to sell homes in “good” markets or “bad’ markets” and for the best possible price with the least amount of inconvenience to the homeowners. 

Steve is an active member of MREEA (Maryland Real Estate Educators Association). He has been the past President of the Maryland Real Estate Educators Association (2014-2015 & 2015-2016), a member of the MREEA Board of Directors and currently also serves as Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee. Steve has developed and taught many professional development and continuing education classes for real estate professionals. He is a highly sought-after real estate speaker and trainer.

He is a husband, father, and resident of Montgomery County, Maryland.  For over 50 years he has enjoyed the experience of life in our community. Let him share his experience with you.
