Those three words sum up the story of Greg’s career in real estate. Over four success filled decades of extensive real estate experience, including senior management, branch management, new home and residential resales.
An award winning sales agent and branch office manager, Greg managed real estate office for firms such Merrill Lynch Realty (where his office set national sales awards) and local multi-office companies like Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. As the Resident Vice President and General Manager for Merrill Lynch Realty he was responsible for 35 offices in Maryland, Virginia and D.C. He was the Senior Vice President, Maryland/DC Region for The Prudential Preferred Properties, Inc. During that time he co-authored guidelines and forms to be used by the brokerage firm in buyer broker transactions. Many of these were adopted on a national basis.
Additionally, during the time following the 2007 financial meltdown he was recruited by a prominent local law firm as their Senior Negotiator, negotiating short sales for distressed homeowners with a 100% success rate.
Greg is a highly regarded speaker and real estate instructor. Topics he is often asked to teach include: The Art of Negotiation; Selling New Homes; Time Management; and several courses on real estate financing. Greg willingly shares his vast knowledge and experience with our agents and clients
